Match Report:

Seven anglers fished today from 11am to 4pm. It was a great match with all catching loads of fish. Eamonn won the match in the last hoiur when the carp switched on in his peg. He landed one at 4 Lbs whilst Jamie was broken by a big fish. A few fish here and there and it could have changed the result as the match was so competitive. The average weight caught was 14Lbs-8ozs. Well done to all who took part.

Wednesday Match on Woodside.

As usual Tommy great report, as an expert on getting pumped by an odd fish or lucky fish it's nice to see you passing on your wisdom and trying to keep the new Venue expert's feet firmly on the ground ;)

Spent 6 years trying to keep his erse on his seat Barry so much so that he is of the opinion that I don't like him. Truth being I love him to bits and love his free spirit. I always give the youngsters it hard to make them want to do better. I told him he had a good peg and his answer was that every peg he gets I say that. I say that to everyone just ask Craig Duncan. The reports are condensed as I don't have much spare time and always like to get them up ASAP as anglers want to read them on Sunday nights.

My funniest memory of Eamonn was when he was in my B Division Team as a reserve. He was Fishing on the Top Pond so I took him aside and said I want you on your box for the full 5 hours. During the afternoon I heard Heather say to Roz Oh Tommy won't be happy. I was fishing Peg 24 on the Island and there was Eamonn standing at Peg 30 watching the match. I shouted at him 'What are you doing there Eamonn and the full Pond sat awaiting his reply which was ' Eating a packet of Crisps Tommy' everyone was doubled in laughter even myself. :rofl :rofl
