Match Report:

Seven anglers turned out to fish todat's match fished on the Island Pond from 10-30am till 3-30pm. Match was double pegged and ice was broken by John Stead for the Pegs being used.

It was Barry Morgan who had a convincing winning with a great net of silvers which included some small Skimmers along with the roach. Barry weighed 6Lbs-9ozs
Second was Darrin was Darrin Ferguson with an all roach catch weighing 4Lbs-8ozs.
Third was Eamonn O'Brien with a silvers catch of 2Lbs.
Plentyt of bites to be had by all fishing and an enjoyable day.
Well done to the framers.
Wednesday's match will again be on Island Pond and should be ice free.

Scratching for bites and some did it far better than me. Must try harder next time out. Enjoyable to be out fishing and not so cold if you dress properly for the conditions.
