Well done Brian Docherty snr. from what i hear you snatched victory from the jaws of defeat three section wins is exceptional.

Well done the old guys of Lanarkshire + paul (still too young to be considered an old one) a brilliant team effort seems ages since Lanarkshire did anything like that.

Well done Lanarkshire 2 a commendable result especially with some inexperienced anglers having to fish at short notice.

Well done big doc jnr. a section win in this competition is excellent was Tommy l in the same section as you if he was you are onto bragging rights for a good while.

Well done Derek, Big Chris, Ronnie and all involved in the running of the series one of the best in Scotland, and well done all the competitors for making this series live up to the title of Friendly.

Well done to all the winners, mind you I think everyone who took part was a winner really so I better say well done to everyone especially those individuals and teams that finished at the top of the pile.
Brian in particular because it must take a lot of skill to finish first in your section on 3 seperate occassions and on 3 seperate ponds.
I really enjoyed myself and made a few new friends which is what it is all about so lets hope it continues in the future. Like Jamie I am looking forward to next year where hopefully the A team will be able to inprove on this years final placing.

PS. I wanted a really good team picture to use on the Magiscroft website home page. Normally, a picture with the winning team shaking their fists and shouting hooray is perfect for that ....

Not this time ... the team looks great ... but clock the Governor's expression :o :o :o

George, it's normally me that spoils photos, just by being in them really

You will just have to stick it in photoshop and give Chris a different head (prefferably another one of his own)
